Standard Cleaning
Perfect for routine upkeep, maintenance, or touch-ups. This includes:
- Dusting all surfaces
- Wiping countertops and appliances
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Bathroom wipe-down (sink, toilet, mirror, tub/shower)
- General tidying and trash removal
Ideal for: Weekly or biweekly upkeep, move-in ready homes, or post-guest refreshes.
Deep Cleaning
A top-to-bottom refresh for spaces that need extra attention. This includes everything in a Standard Clean, plus:
- Baseboards, window sills, and doors
- Inside of oven, microwave, and fridge (upon request)
- Cabinet fronts and handles
- Scrubbing bathroom grout, tubs, and tile walls
- Heavy buildup removal (grease, soap scum, pet hair, etc.)
Ideal for: First-time clients, seasonal resets, post-renovation, or when your space needs that “reset” feel.

Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for residential services. This deposit:
- Goes toward your total bill (not an additional fee)
- Reserves your cleaning day and time
- Is non-refundable if canceled, but can be transferred to a rescheduled date (with 48 hours’ notice)
